Re: latex-cjk packages for TL2012

Yes, I was waiting for tex-common to enter Unstable, because currently
I don't have the bandwidth to download the complete experimental and
run it several times in pbuilder or cowbuilder.
So please, go ahead. When it is in unstable, I am able to check it out.
Anyway, thanks for the changes!
