Bug#660104: luatex: please migrate the libpoppler-dev build dependency to libpoppler-private-dev

This B-D switch for the plan I outlined in my previous message is 
unrelated to the poppler 0.18 migration.
libpoppler-private-dev is available in unstable and testing since a 
month or so already:
| $ rmadison --arch=amd64 libpoppler-private-dev
|  libpoppler-private-dev | 0.16.7-3 | wheezy       | amd64
|  libpoppler-private-dev | 0.16.7-3 | sid          | amd64
|  libpoppler-private-dev | 0.18.4-1 | experimental | amd64
