TL2012 is already swtiched, I have inverted the order of libpng-dev
deps (now libong-dev | libpng12-dev)
I would say we do NOT do another upload ... only if we get a lot
of pressure from libpng maintainers. I hope to upload soon
to experimental and after that to unstable.
