When everything else is done, we could even

- ship a copy of the 2009 configuration files somewhere

- diff existing files against that copy, and put only the result in the
  disabled directory

No automatism, since the majority of changes is either because the user
followed some odd advice "in the internet", or they claim they never
changed anything.
