implemented backward compatibility in update-updmap so that snippets
	in /etc/texmf/updmap.d are included in the updmap.cfg for
	/usr/share/texmf
fragmaster NMU and context (pseudo)NMU
rebuild texlive-bin with dh_autoreconf to make sure that wovp2ovf is
	build

Effect:
$ apt-get install texlive-full
...wait long time...
Setting up texlive-full (2011.20120226-1~4) ...
$
