TL2012 status 2012-02-29
New packages uploaded, all packages are now build,
base, lang, doc, extra, binaries
all can be installed in parallel (but texlive-full, depends on too
many not updated packages).
Some TODOs added. Now it should be easy to read over the todos and
help with some of them.
Any testing is welcome, also lintina runs and fixes, or thinking
about how upgrade should work.
