Please be aware, that not Lionel but Jakub was the initial reporter of
that bug.
And FWIW, I just ran into the very same bug and are very thankful for
Lionel's hint about how to get it fixed.

Yes, I am sure that the filesystem and the RAID and LVM below it are
fine on the system on which I ran into this issue.
