The *need* for tlmgr has always made me laugh (note I *wrote* tlmgr!)
Nobody *needs* it. People are always crying for the latest versions
of TL, but probably 99.99% of them have actually no need for
later revisions of some sty file. I myself are using LaTeX a lot
and use TL2009 in Debian, without any problem.
It is the same rubbsih ugrade crazyness always around the world.

Thanks for you suggestions, but I am too lazy to go through this changes,
as I don't consider them in any way important.
Less-experienced users should no play around with these kind of things.
Even experienced users will most probably not need tl2015 already now.
