Where do you see (log) that we're using an outdated compiler? Yes, we
had to use an older gcc on armel for a while b/c the default did not
work.  However we can compile using 4.6 on armel, hence that
excpetion has been removed in 2009-10. And yes, the changelog entry
is not really correct.

Please explain.
