Frank forgetting the "ted" suffix in "committed" is a plausible
theory, but no, I just did "svn update" and README has not changed.

When Frank said that, I thought "oh, they made the choice of having
the repository writable by all DDs"; some maintainers make that
choice. So the current theories are:
- Frank forgot to commit
- Frank thought I had write permission for some reason
