Bug#600013: tex-common: dpkg-reconfigure doesn't work on packages calling update-texmf-config

I think I reported that quite some time ago, it is a bug
in dpkg-reconfigure, because it should set the necessary env vars to
make the trigger mechanism work.
I cannot check now (as I am in a hurry), but this bug definitely is a
bug of dpkg-reconfigure.
Are you using testing? I thoguht this is fixed in the latest dpkg?
