Yes, it is not anymore in TeX Live upstream, so it also got lost
downstream Deabian.

The reason is that there is no doc file uploaded to CTAN and we don't
create any docfiles anymore automatically for packages, in this case mfnfss.

Karl, we had at one point oldgerm.dvi created from oldgerm.dtx, what
is the proper way to get this back? Uplaod oldgerm.pdf to CTAN?
