Bug#583558: texinfo: @noindent has no effect if not preceeded by a blank line

The @noindent command has no effect if it is not preceeded by
a blank line (at least for the info file), e.g.:

For example:
@example
This is an example.
@end example
@noindent
This line should not be indented.
