I am a bit buffled about all that, can you give some explanations?

The last thing I remember in these discussion was that adding the two mapping 
directives to the x-cid.map (or how it was called) solves the problem,
this is what you wrote.

Now I see loads of shuffling around and I am not sure what you try to solve.

Please explain.
