Bug#564089: texlive-latex-base: \FDP@colonspace is no longer defined in frenchb v2.3d (v2.4a is OK)

I've used
\makeatletter
\renewcommand{\FDP@colonspace}{\FDP@thinspace}
\makeatother
for years in my French LaTeX documents, and this no longer works
with Debian's version of frenchb:
! LaTeX Error: \FDP@colonspace undefined.

The consequence is that many of my LaTeX files no longer compile.
Workaround: install frenchb v2.4a from upstream:
