Bug#560791: texlive-full 2009: texdoc missing

After installing texlive-full 2009-4 the command texdoc is missing.
I noticed that during the upgrade texlive-base-bin package was removed

I think that was the package that contained texdoc.

However it doesn't contain texdoc.
I assumed that by installing texlive-full it'll install whatever packages needed
to get a full TeX distribution, but apparently that is not the case.
Which package has the texdoc command? Or does some other command replace the
texdoc command?
