* [base] bump dep on luatex version to first working 0.46.0-5
* [base] add links 
    /usr/share/fonts/truetype/texlive -> /u/s/texmf-texlive/fonts/typ1
  and /usr/share/fonts/type1/texlive -> /u/s/texmf-texlive/fonts/opentype
  to start making the fonts in TeX Live available to font-config/X
  in the long run (more work needed)
