For that reason texlive-binaries depends on tex-common >= 2.00

For luatex I didn't call the update-* scripts, I am not sure if that
will work out, but I can try at least.
If not, then we have to add tex-common >= 2.00 to luatex's deps, and
call update-fmtutil there, too.
Or do I miss something?
