/usr/share/texmf/fonts/tfm/public/tex-gyre/el-qplr.tfm
/usr/share/texmf/fonts/tfm/public/tex-gyre/t2a-qplr.tfm
/usr/share/texmf/fonts/tfm/public/tex-gyre/t2b-qplr.tfm
/usr/share/texmf/fonts/tfm/public/tex-gyre/t2c-qplr.tfm
etc. are missed.

You can use many other encodings T1, or QX which was developed by the
GUST, so I think that should leverage the problem.
