Thanks for the report!

Normally we/upstream packages only software, which is on CTAN. Could
you please check if the software is on CTAN and if not make sure it
is upload to there? This can can be done by the upstream authors or
by you (IIRC). From there is software will be included in TL and then
into Debian.

Note to self: license is LPPL.
