Ahh of course, upstream renamed
	collection-langarab   ->   collection-langarabic
which wasn't cought.

Fixed now in the repository, but no new deb packages.

What do you suggest: Should we rename
	texlive-lang-arab   ->   texlive-lang-arabic
for keeping consistency?
