I am currently uploading a new set of pre-tl2009 packages, including
luatex and tex-common.

These packages I could install with apt-get install texlive, and then
apt-get install texlive-lang-german texlive-lang-french and some
simple testing then.

Now it is a good time to check file conflicts, upgrades, lintian erros,
anything. No need to fix it yourself, reporting is already fine!

All signed with my debian key.
