Bug#536522: During the installation, sometime in the first quarter of 2009, some latex source files became older than 5 years, and the installation of tetex-bin now fails.

After a certain date, sometime in the first quarter of 2009, some Latex
source files included with tetex-bin became older than 5 years. Now, trying
to install tetex-bin results in a failure with these errors:
