Can you define what means "needed for docbook stuff and the like"? What
I see is that build-deps are on "texlive" which makes sense, because you
get a working latex with most important packages.

And if we keep in mind that the size of binaries + texlive is much
bigger, the increase by 6M or so can be ignored.
