Ah, parsing "we" as "TL in Debian", you just think loudly why the Debian
package is "only" 5.8MByte compared to 137MByte.

As I said, I see two options: Either one texlive-binaries package, or
only splitting off texlive-binaries-xetex (with about half the size of
the complete one).
