The texlive-bin still uses old libtool, which does not
produce correct shared libraries on GNU/kFreeBSD in general.

The problematic lines in the build-log are

checking how to recognise dependent libraries... unknown
checking if libtool supports shared libraries... no

They are checked by automatic tool, similarly as "implicit pointerconversion" on ia64 by http://wiki.debian.org/ImplicitPointerConversions
