Debian and Ubuntu recommend the -doc package of texlive-latex-extra, but this drags in quite a lot of further packages that I would prefer not to seem them auto-installed.

$ apt-cache show texlive-latex-extra-doc
...
Depends: dpkg (>= 1.14.18), tex-common (>= 1.18), texlive-common (>= 2007)
and no suggests or recommends.
texlive-latex-extra-doc does not pull in *any* package that isn't
already installed.
