I again had a look at the package. It contains:
1. the outdated context docu
2. two beamer examples (one source code is LPPL, the other has no
license, the pdfs may contain non-free fonts)
3. the fontinstallationguide being identical to this one in
texlive-doc-en (is this a problem?)
I suggest to completely remove the package, cause I don't want to
keep it for the fontinstallationguide and two beamer exmaples
apt-rdepends show no package depending on tetex-doc-nonfree, I plan
to file the bug against ftp.debian.org on in about a week.
