Bug#487974: texinfo: Tilde in Debian revision breaks builds involving texinfo

So the first (1792-page !!) document is tex'ed twice into pdf, but things
fall apart thereafter. 

That is unchanged from previous releases and looks like the texinfo bug is
not yet fixed.

One the directory filename changes from the R-2.9.0~20090312 name encoding
the date of tpre-release version, it all works --- see the various pbuilder
logs (which also have ample logs of failures with 'tilde' versions).  The
'Fatal error occurred' is about 92% into the file.
