Bug#518800: lamsarrow.sty non-free?

Dear all,

the package pb-diagram seems to be under GPL, at least that is what the
file COPYING states (texmf-dist/doc/latex/pb-diagram/).

But it ships a copy/changed version of lamsarrow.sty which starts with

% lamsarrow.sty: fancy arrows using lams fonts
% Author: extracted from Michael Spivak's LamS-TeX by Paul Burchard
% Version Number: 4.1
% Version Date: 24 Jan 1997

I guess we should remove that lamsarrow.sty. Or the whole package
pb-diagram?
