Both of these seem to be the same, libpoppler was uploaded again without
forwarning those depending on libpoppler-dev for building.
I don't grab it why they don't care for API changes and at least inform
us.
I have a patch for luatex already worked out together with Martin
Schröder, for texlive I will have to work a bit.
