Thanks for the hint.  Is there any information about the layout
of the TeXLive 2008 packages?  We would like to know about packages
which are of interest for scientific work.  So something in the lines
of the just provided texlive-science (which is really helpful) which
assembles plotting functionalities (texlive-plotting or something like
this).
