You are right, of course. Doh, silly me! Thanks for pointing out.
I just can't remember how this file ever got removed in the first
place! Maybe I was just fooling around with testing "dvips -P"... Or
it got removed because of the preinst script to allow the transition
from 10latex-cjk-japanese-wadalab.cfg to
20latex-cjk-japanese.wadalab.cfg. I'll test this out when I'm back
home.
