I am changing the severity of this bug since in the meantime we got an
email from the original author that he is willing to change license to
GPL:

An upload to CTAN with changed license condition is on the way, and by
that it will make it into TeX Live 2008.

For TeX Live 2008 we will add a special entry to the Licenses file.
