The package hasn't changed for 8 years. I wrote an E-Mail to the
author ("Alexander M. Budge" <ambudge <at> mit <dot> edu>) informing
him about the problem. Unfortunately it came back:
Recipient address rejected: 5.1.1 User unknown (in reply to RCPT
TO command)
Googling for a better one gained no result. Unless you find a contact
address for Alexander we must assume that he doesn't maintain the
package any more. The best solution would be to remove the package
from TeX Live.
