Bug#499657: texlive-latex-base not working with apt-listbugs

Package: texlive-latex-base
Version: 2007.dfsg.1-3
Severity: normal

When upgrading texlive-latex-base and using apt-listbugs to check bugs, it chokes the whole installation process with this error:

"Error retrieving bug reports from the server with the following error message:
 W: invalid date
It could be because your network is down, or because of broken proxy servers, or the BTS server itself is down. Check network configuration and try again
Retry downloading bug information?[Y/n]? n
Abort the installation[Y/n]?
 ... E: Exiting with error"

While it appears to be caused by apt-listbugs treating the "fixed-version" 2007-14 as a year+month value (Bug #493632), other texlive-latex packages install/upgrade without encountering such problems.

Please take a look.

Regards,
ST
