Actually, it was reverted before uploading because I wanted to wait for
upstream to react. He didn't, but Karl Berry uploaded a new version to
CTAN, so now I have activated the patch and it will be in the next
release of texlive-extra, though I am not sure whether it will make it
into lenny.
