Aehmm, that:
$ cat debian/patches/series

20_pathfixes
#g-brief-fix

The patch is there but not enabled ... strange, because that was closed
long time ago:
2007-06-05
  ...
  * [extra] fix g-brief redefinition of \Telefon (closes: #423919)
  * [extra] fix g-brief empty unterschrift bug (closes: #154266, #407968)

So I am bit surprised that this reemerged.
