Bug#491354: texlive-fonts-extra: No license statement for wsuipa fonts

Right, but since these fonts use the cm metafont program I assume they
cannot be under a commercial copyright??? Karl?

The wsuipa input files do only change some parameters and then call the
cm code.

IMHO this is not enough for removal neither from TeX Live upsream nor
Debian.

Other opinions please.
