Ah, you could have told me that.

Simply, you didn't install suggests. info suggests texinfo-doc-nonfree,
which ships the info.info page. (Unfortunately) the info files are under
the GFDL, thus cannot be included in the package itself.

	apt-get install texinfo-doc-nonfree

should fix the situation.
