This is already fixed in the up-upstream version, I mean the SVN version on
http://home.gna.org/latexrefman/
not the version in upstream TeX Live. Will soon be fixed in TeX Live by
updating our version, I just need to ask Karl a few things (eg why the
document is duplicated as latex.pdf and latex2e.pdf) before doing it.
