Bug#414881: marked as done (tex-common: creates fmt.d/01tetex.cnf even on pure texlive systems)

regarding tex-common: creates fmt.d/01tetex.cnf even on pure texlive systems
to be marked as done.

This means that you claim that the problem has been dealt with.
If this is not the case it is now your responsibility to reopen the
Bug report if necessary, and/or fix the problem forthwith.

texlive-common calls /usr/share/tex-common/tetex-bin-upgrade, which
checks whether /etc/texmf/fmt.d/00tetex.cnf exists and renames it to
01tetex.cnf.  But that is not all it does: It also installs/registers
the file with ucf, and it does that *unconditionally*.

This means that every system that has texlive installed, even from
scratch with no traces of tetex, will have that file.  

Obviously, this cannot be fixed for etch.  But we need some cleanup code
for lenny.

This has been already fixed (in texlive by not calling the
tetex-bin-upgrade, and in tex-common by not installing it), revision
2925.
