Bug#433481: texlive-base-bin: Seems latex-ucs also causes this problem.

I looked at these bug reports about mktexlsr going nuts and forking, and
I tried removing jadetex, but that didn't help.  Removing latex-ucs
however did help.  I encountered this trying to upgrade from Etch to
Lenny.  latex-ucs appears to no longer exist in Lenny, so perhaps a
conflict with it would be in order for texlive-base-bin.

My upgrade it not yet complete, so the release below still says 4.0
