Bug#468169: texlive-latex-base: pspicture.sty requires pspicture.ps, but is not included

pspicture.sty which is included in this package requires a pspicture.ps, but this file is
not included in the package, in any of its dependencies or anywhere in Debian unstable 
(=sid?) for that matter. This will cause any latex document that uses the pspicture style
fail.

To reproduce, run latex followed by dvipdf on the input file supplied below.
