Probably quite easy, if someone can come up with a list of obsolete
packages I can execute this upstream when I am back, but please come up
with a decent list ;-) If it is only a4 and a4wide it will be hard ...
especially since a4wide cannot be moved (look where it is on CTAN, it
doe snot allow to be easily split of from the misc package)
