Bug#459539: texlive-lang-cyrillic: Really large cyrillic fonts unavailable

Hi Ralf!

I've tried scalable-cyrfonts-tex package, and adding
\usepackage{cyrtimes} to the preamble of the problematic document
helped.

I think that texlive-lang-cyrillic should indeed at least suggest
scalable-cyrfonts-tex. Please note that scalable-cyrfonts-tex is not
yet in testing for some reason (I had to download deb from unstable).
Also please fix a typo ("mercic" -> "metric") in package description
;-)
