Bug#459571: please include the TeXcount.pl script to do TeX word count

At http://folk.uio.no/einarro/Comp/texwordcount.html there is an useful
script (here is a direct URL:
http://folk.uio.no/einarro/Comp/BIN/TeXcount.pl) to do word count on TeX
documents and some other statistics.
Can you please consider including it, maybe in an examples/ or contrib/
directory somewhere?
The script itself does not have any license information, but I'm
confident the author will be happy to specify them, as the script is
already quite widespread on the net.
