In latex-tds I need three patches in order to get
the DTX files compilable:

* bbcompat.dtx:
  old: %    can't use \cd{@undefined}} 
  new: %    can't use \cs{@undefined}} 
* frenchb.dtx:
  old: %     as the later is also defined by russianb.ldf!}
  new: %     as the later is also defined by russianb.ldf}
  (the `!' causes trouble in \changes).
* latin.dtx:
  old: % \CheckSum{449}
  new: % \CheckSum{450}
