No. Wrong. You don't have texinfo-doc-nonfree installed. If info cannot
find the info page, it shows you the man page!! So info the program is
also a manpage viewer! What you see IS actually the man page. If you
install texinfo-doc-nonfree you will see the full documentation in info
format.
