Bug#449221: texlive-fonts-extra: bbold broken at some sizes

Not only OpenBSD. See the discussion I had with tex-live upstream
<URL:http://lists.debian.org/debian-tex-maint/2006/12/msg00645.html>
and the other threads mentioned in that thread. I thought a solution
had been implemented at that time.

I think this (together with mktexlsr) should be sufficient. Of course,
a proper solution should be put into TeX Live proper: Either include
the Sauter font versions of bbold (and probably other fonts) or remove
the support files.
